We ship from the Charlotte, NC area and also offer local pickup on many items.
How shipping is calculated
- Most parcel-eligible items use carrier rates at checkout.
- You pay the actual shipping shown at checkout (and tax where applicable).
- New products (full retail / new pre-orders) may include free shipping in the contiguous U.S.
- Used, demo, open-box, and like-new do not include free shipping — you pay the carrier rate shown at checkout (or choose local pickup).
Insurance & signature
- Higher-value shipments are sent insured for protection in transit.
- Any order or item with a retail price of $500.00 or greater ships insured with signature required.
- Insurance may be included in the shipping charge or in the item price.
- Declining insurance is not offered on parcel shipments we fulfill.
Local pickup
Select local pickup when available. We’ll confirm when your order is ready at our Charlotte-area location.
Large or freight items
Speakers, large components, and multi-box orders may be pickup only or require a freight quote. If an item cannot ship parcel, the product page will say so — use the contact form.
Returns
See our Return & Refund Policy. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless required by law or we made an error. Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
