If a purchase has not lived up to your expectations, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit, excluding original and return shipping charges and any applicable restocking or processing fee, when all of the qualifications below are met.

Return qualifications
- 14 days or less from date of purchase.
- Like-new, resalable condition — free from damage to both product and packaging.
- Merchandise must be in original manufacturer packaging.
- Must include all accessories — cables, remotes, batteries, manuals, and anything else that shipped with the unit.
- Return shipments must use secondary/outer protective double boxing when applicable.
- Shipped back via a trackable method with insurance. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we specify otherwise in writing.
Restocking & processing fees
Returns may be subject to a restocking or processing fee of up to 20%, depending on the item:
- Any single-item return with a retail price of $1,500.00 or greater is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- New-in-box speaker returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- New-in-box turntable returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Discounted purchases
- Customer-accommodation priced purchases
- Customer-accommodation sales, special offers, close-out, clearance, open box, demo, pre-owned, used, special orders, special accommodation, B-stock, and items described as “traded in” or “traded for”
Pre-owned and open-box listings on our product catalog fall under this non-returnable category unless we agree otherwise in writing at the time of sale.
